Turning Projections into Reflections
Spiritual Psychologist Billy Lee Meyers, Jr. defines projection as “what happens to us when we experience out of balance emotional reactions to a person or situation, then blame the person for our reaction.”
Drink Water + Breathe Self-Compassion
We need more people in this world practicing self-compassion, so we can build a more kind, forgiving and empathetic Earth. Each time we practice self-compassion, we teach our own ecosystem how to do it as well. The work we do within ourselves has ripple effects, even when we cannot see them.
The Twin Flames of Contentment and Gratitude
Contentment taught me how to be here in this moment and really appreciate everything I had and didn’t have. You see my dissatisfaction with life was causing me suffering because I wanted things to be a different, better, or people to be different. I was struggling to accept and meet life where I was.
Creating Sustainable Contentment and Happiness

Every day we can offer a tiny bit of peace and loving-kindness to ourselves. That peace and loving-kindness is transformative and it can heal the wounds inside of us that we have created.

I believe fully in the idea of synchronicity.
The Significance of Your Own Life
“Faith is not just about believing in a God, Divinity or a Higher Power. It is about believing in the significance of your own life and purpose.”
Embrace Life's Imperfections!
How is it that we've come to expect perfection in our lives, in an imperfect world? How is it that we have come to believe we can control everyone and everything? It's kind of silly when you think of it, trying to control what we have no power or will over. Or being disappointed when life does not manifest in the way we imagine it will. What can we do to let go of our need to perfect, expect and control?
Success is a Spectrum
