Trust Yourself.

Trust your gut.

As a society we have become disconnected with ourselves and our hidden senses like instinct and intuition.  We are more connected to technology than we are to ourselves these days. It is a good practice to create space to check in with yourself. To take tiny moments of mindfulness to make sure we are living in alignment with our intentions, life purpose and plan. 

If you ever find yourself confused, disconnected, scared, or unsure about what direction you should move. Sit down quietly and ask yourself what YOU should do. Listen with your instincts and with you heart. Allow the embedded wisdom we all have to rise to the surface of your mind and spirit--to lead you to the answer.

This will never fail you.

Practicing listening to ourselves, aligning with our instincts and intuition help strengthen our ability to discern, decide and create inner dependence and trust within ourselves. Our unseen senses are like muscles, they must be used in order to become sharp and strong.  

Trust when something feels out of sorts or out of alignment of your life. It is your best instincts and intuition raising all the right flags so you can move in the right direction. Listen to what it is trying to tell you.

Trust yourself above all else, that you know what is the right thing to do.
